We would like to inform you of an important development within the company. As of March 28, 2025, the ownership of the company has been taken over by Ben De Graeve, which marks a new chapter in the history of Mefaco.
Despite this change, the commitment to quality, service and continuity remains unchanged. Customers can continue to count on the trusted products and services, with the same high standards that they are used to.
In order to guarantee a smooth transition, the previous owners, Marc De Smet and Greet Dauwe, will remain closely involved in the transfer to the new owner as consultants for a few more months. This ensures that all processes and collaborations continue without interruption.
